Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) is expanding it’s physical space and responding to the growing demand for services. The uncertainty that change brings creates an opportunity for re-focus and re-design.
Over nine months Tim and the team worked at SCNM to build personal and institutional resiliency in the college in their two areas of activity - higher education and healthcare delivery. This included strategic sessions with senior leaders, change leadership training with internal champions and all staff events. The key metrics of success applied to the work were engagement figures, burnout reduction and resiliency.
