We are no longer solely providers of information. We find ourselves in circumstances that demand we look deeper. Now we must act differently.
WHAT IS THE UNIQUE ROLE THAT WILL MAKE COMMUNITY NEWSPAPERS RELEVANT NOW?
These themes are all connected. There are no simple answers. We must get together and unite all of our perspectives to see a bigger picture that none of us could see alone.
Join us for the 43rd annual Newspapers Atlantic Conference in Halifax on April 24-25!
For over 40 years, we have hosted our annual conference and community newspaper awards gala to celebrate the achievements of local community newspapers. This popular conference celebrates all aspects of local media, including publishing, reporting, editing, advertising, photography, community contribution, and online initiatives. It’s the event of the year for community newspapers in Atlantic Canada!
