Tim was involved in the development and design of an annual 6 month leadership program within Providence Care to build personal and organizational capacity for participatory leadership, systems thinking and organizational transformation. The program builds a community of leadership practitioners who develop shared language and mental models, support each other in their existing work and trail-blaze innovative leadership practice.
Tim has also been a keynote speaker for Providence Care events, coached individuals and provided strategic counsel to the senior leadership team.
