culture eats strategy for lunch
Challenged by low staff engagement figures Nova Scotia Environment, a government department of 250 people, engaged Tim to work with them to build a more participatory culture in order achieve better results.
The work included strategic sessions with the Deputy Minister and Executive Leadership Team, engagement sessions with all levels of management and two training events on change leadership for building participation.
The work continues now with developing strategies, structure and organizational practices to embed engagement as a way of working.
