Tim continues to work with Lighthouse NOW to engage staff and stakeholders to develop a critical path forward. This has included forming an internal core team, interviews with staff and key stakeholders, a series of all day staff session, stakeholder engagement and the launch of internal change projects.
The internal change leadership and ongoing shift in organizational culture has also lead to re-branding, website re-design and new product development.
Tim continues to provide strategic counsel and coaching to the owner and management team.
