In the context of recent contentious public decisions, a shift in leadership and the inevitable engagement of stakeholders on upcoming issues; Chignecto-Central Regional School Board (CCRSB) needed to build further capacity and confidence for engagement at every level of the organization.
Tim and his team delivered a 2.5 day Leading Engagement training. This is a multi-layered high impact training which covers change leadership, worldview, mental models/theory and methodologies. We work with participants real issues during the training to immediately apply what we are learning. This length of event not only serves to deeply embed some of the core perspectives and practices of Change Leadership but also builds strong relationships among the participants to support continued work and learning together. The session accelerated the culture of engagement based leadership among all participants, built a shared language around engagement and provided concrete tools for convening and running participatory meetings. All participants receive a tailor made workbook with the content covered during the training and further reading materials.
