Based on feedback from the public, direction taken by the Regional Municipality and internal leadership from staff, Halifax Regional School Board (HRSB) decided to further integrate engagement into their work with the community and stakeholders.
Over ten months Tim and the team worked at HRSB to build capacity for greater engagement based leadership across the organisation to respond to the changes ahead. This included strategic sessions with the elected board and senior leaders, a three day change leadership training with internal champions and two further one day sessions building capacity for public engagement and uncovering leverage areas for long term systems change.
