Tim ran an Executive Leadership Team retreat for the Department of Community Services, Nova Scotia. This included an overnight off-site session with senior leaders to lay the foundation for the transformation work ahead. The focus off the session was on the way the team works together in response to the transformation agenda and constantly changing circumstances around them.
